Grain size plays import role on toughness, hardness, strength, abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity. During production on tungsten carbide parts, we also doing the grain size consideration according to the usages.
Our small but flexible manufacturing facilities can make small but precision parts in small or large quantities, blanks or precision-machined.
Parts shown: Glaze nozzle, tungsten
blades, steel pipe inner scrapper, anti-drill pins made of tungsten carbide.
Coating on tungsten carbide will help the wear extensively. Various coatings are possible.
Custom designs are welcome.
