Sand Casting

Iron casting from our well-equipped facilities and imported quality cast iron material.

With automatic mold making production lines and sand processing line, our main production is gray cast iron and ductile cast iron parts in excess of 500 tons/month from our plant in Taiwan.   

Gray cast iron has advantages of easy machining, good dampening for machine bodies, dimensional stability, can be further welded into more complex parts. Economy is also an important material selection for various metal parts.

Ductile cast iron provides better strength as the metallurgy structure is having spherical or nodular carbon content shape instead of irregular flakes. For use on automotive parts, machine parts, pipe fittings, and wide range of other usages when gray cast iron is not an ideal choice.               

Machining on the casting parts are also available.
