The remote trunk release provides the convenience of remote unlocking the trunk when in dark or when both hands are not free, unlocking of the trunk is just a matter of touch the button on wireless key. No need to go to open the driver seat door.
Previous design of trunk release is using solenoid actuator, which is rather expensive in cost while the travel of the locking pin is limited to shorter distance. With the introduction of using our longer stroke, more powerful push and pull force actuators, the release function becomes easy and reliable to do the work.
With necessary brackets, our release is used on Toyota Corolla Altis for it's car remote wireless trunk release.
