Micro Gearbox

Micro Gearbox for DC/AC motors with output torque up to 18 kg-cm.

Reduction ratio from 1 to 3,000. Gears by powder metallurgy or by gear cutting depending on torque requirement.

Currently available in φ25mm, 27mm.

Our new type of sheet metal case reduction gearbox has special features:

-Compact and high output
-Low noise level by using precision gears from powder metallurgy or cutting gears if higher torque is required.
-Input shaft and output shaft have different center lines for offsetting the alignment.
-Easy to install
-Better cost than traditional die-cast case with higher quality.
